BST Transmission NAG1 Upgrade - For any Challenger, Charger, Wrangler, or 300c previously equipped with the NAG1 5sp automatic transmission, being built to over 550RWHP. The BST upgraded NAG1 replaces the clutch plates and key components to deliver great performance and last much longer than the stock NAG1 -- even up to 1000HP of engine power.
- The W5A580 or WA580 is a NAG1 series automatic transmission. This transmission is electronically controlled with a triple disc clutch system for driving and an additional two freewheeling clutches. The W5A580 has 5 speeds with a fifth-year that was meant to be an overdrive.
- NAG1,WA580,W5A580 The 722.6 transmission went into production for use in 1996 model year vehicles and is still being offered in 2009 retained for V12 Supercharged Applications. The 722.6 can befound in Mercedes, Porsche and Jaguar. The unit can also be found in a variety of Chrysler products, where it is referred to as (NAG1).

Nag1 Transmission Dipstick
The Chrysler NAG1 transmission holds up well when adding 100HP to your car, but when adding 200-300HP, it tends to lose effectiveness and start slipping over time. It can be a week, a month, or a year, but you can expect a limited lifetime.
