TTDPatch modifies TTD's gameplay in many ways, so pleaseread the manual before using it: in particular, the installation andpatches sections. I receive many e-mails asking me how to set up TTDPatch, and I simply do not have the time to reply tothem all, so please, please, check the manual before contacting me about this.

An additional step is required to get the game to run on Windows Vista or later versions of Windows. You must copy the file DPLAYX.DLL from the windowssystem32 directoryto your TTD directory, and rename it DPLAY.DLL. To do that, enter the following command into Start -> Run: xcopy %windir%system32dplayx.dll c:ttwin95dplay.dll,where c:ttwin95 is your TTD directory.
